italiano, per quanto il Syllabus e l’offerta didattica stabiliscano
chiaramente che l’esame di Venetian Law History è un esame *inglese*.
Pertanto ripeto:
il solo* esame attivo nei corsi della Scuola è l’esame inglese di Venetian Law History. Le lezioni, gli esami e le tesi di
laurea si tengono *in inglese* senza eccezioni.
Il vecchio esame italiano di Storia del diritto veneziano *non

The lessons
will be held during the first semester, starting on Thursday,
September 26, 2024 every Thursday and Friday, at 12.30-14.00.

All students shall study the chapters
1-5 , plus the monographical topic

section 6, Customs and Contracts.
The other .pdf and .pptx
documents posted on the website, but not included in the study materials for
the current year, will not be the subject of questions during the exam. However their knowledge through careful reading is assumed.
While students are of course
free of building their preparation on any relevant materials, exams will
*only* consist in questions based on the materials posted on this site and
mentioned above. Answers must conform to those materials, or be argued and documented
if different.

6. General indications for my students / Indicazioni generali per i miei studenti
I aim at
excluding anxiety from the learning experience of which I am responsible.
My acquisitions in learning, in teaching and otherwise has convinced
me that no-one can give the best when under fear stress, and my teaching is
on the opposite directed to help my students give their best
I am always eager to answer as best I can questions about
the course of lessons, the syllabus, possible doubts or requests for further
explanations

sforzo di eliminare l'ansia dall'esperienza di apprendimento di cui sono
responsabile.
Ciò che ho imparato nello studio, nell'insegnamento e altrove mi ha convinta
che nessuno può dare il meglio quando prova paura, e lo scopo del mio lavoro
didattico è viceversa quello di mettere gli studenti in condizione di dare il
meglio.
Sono sempre più che disponibile a rispondere meglio che posso a domande sul
corso di lezioni, il syllabus, possibili dubbi o richieste di spiegazioni
